Value Tickets
No one likes paying for bus fares, but we have to cover our costs somehow, and the fairest way is to charge our passengers.
Here at Mullany’s Buses, though, we do like to reward loyalty, and the best way to do that is to give our regular passengers some money off their fares — that’s why we have value tickets.
For passengers who make several trips each day, or who travel more than one route, the best ticket for you is our daily value ticket, price £4 (adult); £2.50 (child). This gives you the freedom of all mullany's buses flyers for one day.
If you travel regularly, either on one route or on a selection of routes, then our weekly value ticket is for you. Costing just £13 (adult) or £8.70 (child with SaverCard), this ticket is valid for unlimited travel for seven days from date of purchase. Simply show the driver each time you board.
From September 2011, we now have a Monthly value ticket as well, priced at £48 (adult) or £32 (child). These are also available from our drivers.
If you either study or work at West Herts College, then we’ve got an even bigger bargain for you! Show your West Herts College ID card to the driver, ask for a weekly value ticket and we’ll only change you £8.70! That’s right, just £8.70! Our new Monthly value ticket is only £32, which is less than £1.50 per day if you travel for 5 days a week!
