The Mullany's Consultancy looks to assist bus and coach companies through the process of planning, scheduling, registering and publicising regular bus services.
We can provide assistance with the planning of a bus route, by looking at connections between other routes or other modes (train, ferry), carrying out timing tests and determining the best possible service to be provided within cost considerations.
We can schedule the route or routes required, looking at various options as determined by the client, such as least number of drivers, lowest overall staff cost (not always the same thing), and the implications of rostering the duties selected.
We can complete the registration forms necessary, including all supporting documentation. It is also possible to provide publicity material, ranging from leaflets (including maps) to bus stop timetables.

We can assist here too, by taking bus diagrams supplied by Train Operating Companies and adjusting where required to produce driver duties that are better suited to your company requirements. We can also take a basic timetable, and compile driver duties and bus workings to suit.
